Myles joined Rolls Royce in 1982 gaining experience in gas turbine blade and vane design and manufacture, and graduated from Kingston University.
His Insurance career began in 1991 in London working internationally as a Loss Adjuster specialising in the Energy and Mining Sectors on both construction and operational risks throughout the world on a home foreign basis. Myles has lived and worked in much of Asia having moved to the region in 1994 and been based in Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore, dealing with large complex and contentious claims on nuclear, conventional and renewable power plant projects and their subsequent risk engineering.
