Currently, he is the Principal Officer and Chief Executive for HDI Global SE, Singapore, responsible for South East and South Asia. With a strong focus on market expansion, Alex combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership in renewable energy, construction, and international programmes. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, great food, and connecting with people. His career reflects a commitment to learning, development, and delivering sustainable results.

Andrianto is a seasoned engineering leader at Sulzer, where he began his career in 2009 as a Mechanical Engineer and has since risen to head the engineering function for one of Sulzer’s global turbomachinery centre of excellence, in Indonesia. Over the past decade and a half, he has
successfully engineered more than 60 high impact projects, including solution engineering for a 600 MW steam turbine generator unit, re-rate of steam turbine to drive energy efficiency and output gains, and the restoration of heavily corroded rotors etc.

He regularly deals with disputes involving “damage vs defect” issues, “design vs workmanship” issues, and the proper interpretation of ‘DE’ and ‘LEG’ defects exclusions.

In May 2024, he was appointed President Director of PT Paiton Energy. He also serves as a Director in several companies within the MEDCO Group.

Past experience includes engineering consultancy, performing flexible pipe and marine hose failure root cause analysis. As well as oil well BOP (Blowout Preventer) and LMRP (Lower Marine Riser Package) disassembly witnessing, oil and gas subsea equipment manufacturing inspections, recovery of failed subsea flexible pipe samples from the North Sea and support for flexible pipe and subsea power cable failure analyses and integrity assessments.

Jeremy Erndt is a seasoned power development, engineering, and operations professional, with experience in power generation, infrastructure, and technology. He has led utility-scale power, transmission and water projects from early development and conceptual design through NTP and eventual operation. He is an international expert and supports a variety of capital project development programs. Jeremy is a subject matter expert in project due diligence, engineering, and constructability for large-scale projects. He has over twenty years of experience in the development, engineering, construction, and operations of energy and infrastructure projects, spanning over 30 Gigawatts within energy projects and over $100B within infrastructure.

She also serves as a Founding Committee Member for Women in Insurance, advocating for female leadership development across the industry since 2023.

Mehdi El Asfar is the Commercial Director at Noor Energy 1, ACWA Power’s largest project company. He leads commercial operations on major IPP projects, with a focus on complex negotiations, contracts management, and insurance recovery. Mehdi has played a key role in developing over 1.2 GW of renewable energy across Middle East and Africa, mobilizing more than $6 billion in CAPEX. He recently led the successful settlement of a major insurance claim following severe flooding in Dubai. He holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and brings over a decade of experience in the power and infrastructure sector.

Starting his career in 2002 with AIG India, Mohit joined Marsh India in 2006 in Risk Management Practice. Joined Energy Team in 2008. In 2011, Mohit was transferred to Marsh Singapore Energy to head Upstream. Mohit led Marsh Singapore Energy hub in 2015, and the role of Energy Leader for Asia in 2016. Mohit’s role expanded to cover Energy and Power Specialty for Asia in 2018.

Initially working in the UK nuclear sector before moving to power and petrochemical development in Europe. Simon later joined Nuclear Risk Insurers in 2019 writing nuclear construction risks as well as operational and nuclear third party liability risks handling new and large accounts. Prior to that Simon led the Swiss Re engineering insurance team and was at Talbot Syndicate in Lloyd’s from where he expand Talbot’s technical competence and presence in the International Construction and Engineering market.

Initially working in the Liability underwriting department, he moved to the Property department a year later focusing on the energy industry. In 2017 Tom was seconded to Standard Syndicate at Lloyd’s before permanently starting at Munich Re Syndicate where he is a Senior Cyber Underwriter. Tom holds a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

He was also engaged in Energy Transition Strategy Development which involved exploring areas such as Carbon Capture Utilisation & Storage, Hydrogen, Low-Carbon Power Generation and Carbon Credits.
