Jason is the Sr. VP Operations & Technology at Gurin Energy with 15+ years of experience in Solar industry. He has been directly involved with >5GW of solar and >100MW of energy storage projects in Europe and APAC markets working with leading international EPC’s, developers and Investors. He is familiar with the entire renewable project life cycle from green field to operation and asset management. His recent interest is on topics like Green Hydrogen, Green certificate and Carbon Assets.
Jason had worked as Head of Solar for China at DNV. He led the team in China, providing various technical advisory services for the entire project lifecycle, for example technical due diligent for renewable portfolio M&A, doing bankability report for products, acting as owner’s engineer for investment and technical consultation for insurance settlement.
Before DNV, Jason was with Trina Solar for over 9 years. At Trina, Jason had undertaken many different responsibilities which allows him to have in depth knowledge of the entire PV value chain.
