First started practicing as a Loss Adjuster for 7 years before joining a top 5 composite licensed Malaysian Insurer as the Head of Claims. He then joined a reinsurance company as Head of Claims for 8 years before moving into his current role as Swiss Re Corporate Solutions APAC Regional Claims Head. Sydney has handled high profile claims in the CAR/EAR, On Shore Energy, TPL and Power Generation claim matters worldwide.
